WHY YOU SHOULD PRACTICE LAW

I have not met anybody who desires nor plans to fail in life, and yet only few individuals understand the pathway to success. Having the inner drive for success is not enough, you must know what makes it happen and how to engage it. All results are a result of an intentional or unintentional engagement with law. Unintentional? Yes, I mean so. Sometimes people unknowingly interact with laws which propel them towards their success, and this happens during their diligent search for success. Just like cars run on gasoline, so also life functions on laws. Therefore, if you want some results, look no further, “just go work some laws”.

Law refers to the rules and principles set by God, without which life will fail. Interesting! Do you know that the present state of your life has nothing to do with your geographical location, race, or family? Rather, it’s a reflection of the laws you have obeyed and otherwise. The wisest thing to do, therefore, when things are consistently failing in your life, is not to complain, but go back to basics and practice some laws.

Law makes life predictable and therefore success and failure can be predicted. That’s why I can easily predict what you will become in five years base on your obedience or otherwise to law. It’s clear therefore that life is not religious but functions by the practice of law. When you practice law, your request in prayer reduces. Law births hope and makes you resolute in your pursuit because it doesn’t fail. It’s for the same reason you can lean on God and not panic. Balance and stability in life is not possible without law. Law also permits you to cut down on unnecessary expectations. Why? One of such, states “Be not deceived,…….. whatsoever a man sows, that will he reap also” (Gal. 6:7). In essence, don’t expect harvest when you sow nothing.

I pray for peace but you know what, I also spend a chunk of my time searching for and practicing the laws that birth peace, and the result has been amazing. Most of the problems in most marriages are not demonic issues. They are mere law problems and will disappear at the practice of laws. More than mere confession, prosperity answers to the practice of the laws of tithing, giving, and management. Disobey this and poverty will visit your home. Are you a student who is mostly failing in your courses? Yield to the laws of diligence, sit down, search and seek to understand and see the impact. You’ll marvel!

I don’t look to man for promotion, I rather work laws and the systems of God are perfect enough to take me there. For this is what the scripture says; “seest thou a man diligent in his business, he shall stand before kings and not mean men” (Pr. 22:29). When you practice the laws of the kingdom of heaven, you are never limited by the systems of the world. However, just as you can’t be a citizen of a country except by birth, so also it is with the kingdom of heaven. You must yield to the law of being born again by repenting from your sins and accepting and believing in Jesus Christ. These are not laws to religion but to life, therefore don’t make religion out of it. Because if you miss them, your religion can’t save you.

Life is peaceful and simple if only you can identify, understand and practice the laws that make it so. I therefore counsel you with these words, “this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shall meditate therein day and night that thou mayest make thy way prosperous and have good success”(Josh. 1:8). Remember, don’t ever deceive yourself, expecting fruits from laws you’ve not worked, for that alone can give you head and heartache!

Go seek for and work some laws, and free yourself from that situation”. I practice law because they work!
